Clear Thoughts Limited is an initiative founded by ADHD Clinician Specialists who have more than two decades of clinical experience in the field of Neurodevelopmental disorders, spanning all age groups.

Our specialised service evolved in response to our passion and determination to improve people’s health and well-being by providing a service accessible to “all individuals and communities”.
Our care provision is of the highest standard focusing constantly on clinical excellence, quality, and patient safety.

Joanne Christopher
I have had the pleasure of working within the NHS for over 25 years as a qualified mental health clinician.
Cheryl Gillott
I am a mental health nurse with over 25 years experience of working across both adult and children’s services.
Sarah Baines
I have worked as a qualified nurse since 2001. I am a registered learning disability nurse and I have experience working with children and adults with neurodiversity.
